These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Smart Brain website, app-related experiences and educational services. Smart Brain provides learning and examination-preparation resources for SS1, SS2, SS3 and UTME/JAMB students in Nigeria. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

You may use Smart Brain for lawful educational purposes. If you are under the age of legal capacity, use the service with the knowledge and guidance of a parent, guardian, school or responsible adult. You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping account credentials confidential.

Some features may require an account. You must not impersonate another person, create an account using misleading information, share access in a way that compromises security, or use another person's account without permission. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Where paid plans or subscriptions are offered, the applicable price, billing period and payment terms will be shown before purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider or platform to process the transaction. Subscription access, renewals, cancellations and refunds may also be subject to the terms of the platform through which you purchased. Do not send payment card details to Smart Brain by email.

Smart Brain content is provided for learning and examination preparation. It may include explanations, practice questions, quizzes, study suggestions and other resources. Content is not a replacement for classroom teaching, official examination instructions or professional advice. We may correct, update, replace or remove content as the service develops.

• Do not use Smart Brain for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit content without permission.
• Do not upload or send content that infringes rights, contains malware, or harasses others.
• Do not misuse quizzes, assessments or learning features to interfere with another user's experience.

Smart Brain and its licensors retain rights in the website, app materials, branding, design, text, graphics, software and educational content except for materials that are clearly identified as belonging to another party. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access the service for your own educational use. This permission ends when your access ends or these terms are terminated.

If you access Smart Brain through a mobile application or app-store platform, you must follow the applicable platform rules as well as these terms. Keep your device and app version reasonably secure and up to date. Features may differ between the website and app and may change as the service evolves.

Smart Brain may link to or rely on third-party services. Those services are controlled by their own operators and terms. Smart Brain is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or policies, and a link does not mean that Smart Brain endorses every third-party service.

We aim to keep Smart Brain useful and available, but we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, content or parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Brain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on educational materials, examination results, interruptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please read our Disclaimer for important information about examination outcomes.

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or rights of others, or where these terms are breached. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably continue after termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitations, will continue to apply.

We may update these terms when our service or legal obligations change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Your continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
